                                 Hair is a filamentous biomaterial, that grows from follicles found in the dermis. I am writing this blog because i pesonally have hair problems. my hair are falling continuously in past few days . everyday my 20 to 30 hairs are falled. but now it is under controll. this is not happened by miracle. this is happened because some old & new tricks that i have used. i am giving all here.
                                i am starting with some facts about Hair. Hair is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. Now a days many people have the problems of hair loss, They try many things & that not work very well . Now new reserch of scientist got the secret of Root system of hair. All three occur simultaneously; one strand of hair may be in the anagen phase, while another is in the telogen phase.
                                               The body has different types of hair, including vellus hair and androgenic hair, each with its own type of cellular construction. The different construction gives the hair unique characteristics, serving specific purposes, mainly warmth and protection.

  •  Antioxidants: Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.
  •  Practice meditation: Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.
  •  Natural juices: You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.
  • Get a head massage: Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.
  •  Hot oil treatments: Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

    I think this is not real need of  telling this but For hairs whatever. :) Seriously each & everything should be followed. Concentrate on following.

    Wearing styles that pull the hair tight (usually into braids or pony tails). Many women pull their hair so tight it actually comes out of its roots. If you change your hairstyle soon enough, your hair will recover. Otherwise, your hair might permanently stop growing from the areas it is pulled most from.
    Any chemical treatments (even so-called ‘herbal’ ones) designed to drastically change the way your hair looks (styling, perming, straightening, hot-oil treatments, hot ironing).
    Blow-drying your hair – this dries out the scalp and damages hair follicles. Allow your hair to air dry at least part of the time, or change the heat setting on your blower to the lowest.
    Combing your hair or rough toweling when its wet – this will put out some hair strands from the roots and stretch and break others

    Even the habit of pulling out hair might do more harm than you realize (some people actually go bald from this).

    The idea is to be gentle with your hair. Do nothing that might harm your hair in any way.
